More than one mower? Each gets its own record, and extra mowers cost less because we’re already there. Tractors, slashers or other machinery? Property & Farm Care is a better fit.
How often?
Every mower is different. One doing three hours a week on a hilly block needs more attention than one doing a quick lap of the house yard. We set your visit frequency (monthly, fortnightly or weekly) from your mower’s usage and its manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, and adjust it with the seasons.

- Grease lubrication points (where fitted)
- Check engine oil and top up fluids
- Check for oil and hydraulic leaks
- Inspect belts, hoses, deck and blades
- Check tyres, battery and terminals
- Look for loose, worn or damaged parts
- Light clean-down
- Photos and notes added to your mower’s record
When it’s due
- Blade sharpening
- Air filter cleaning
- Cooling system checks (liquid-cooled machines)
- Detailed inspections on a rotating schedule
- A heads-up before each manufacturer’s scheduled service is due

Need weekly visits? Just ask.
Your exact price depends on your mower (machines with hydraulics need more work) and is confirmed at your first visit, once we’ve seen it. Parts, services and repairs are always quoted separately, and only done with your approval.
Kept to the manufacturer’s schedule
Manufacturers set maintenance by engine hours: greasing every so many hours, oil and filters at set intervals. Because we log your hours at every visit, we always know what’s due next.
Your mower gets its own record of what’s been checked, when, and what needs attention, so you never have to remember, and you end up with a complete, dated service history.

Common questions
What if my mower breaks down between visits?
Get in touch and we’ll arrange a repair visit. Repairs are quoted and charged separately from the Care Plan.
Do I need to be home for each visit?
Not necessarily. When we set up your plan, we’ll agree how we access the mower on your scheduled day.
Which mowers do you look after?
Ride-on and zero-turn mowers. Tell us the make and model when you enquire and we’ll confirm.
Are scheduled services included?
Services aren’t included in the plan price, but they’re easier than arranging one yourself. We track your mower’s hours, let you know before a service is due, quote it, and do it during a regular visit with no call-out fee.
I have more than one mower. How does that work?
Each mower gets its own record and schedule, and additional mowers are priced lower because we’re already at your property.
Can the schedule change with the seasons?
Talk to us. If your mowing slows right down over winter, we can discuss a schedule that suits how the mower is actually used.
